A French SME is currently preparing a proposal for the 2012 Eurostars (deadline: Autumn 2012) or FP7 programs. The proposal intends to develop a service centre for real-time reception of streaming video & 2-way voice from personal mobile devices. They are looking for partners in the area of software processing of received streaming video and voice call management.
Gesuchte Partner:
SME, Company, University, Call Centre dealing with Video processing and GSM call management. Task to be performed: Processing of real time video streams. Multiple sources from personal mobile devices. Handle GSM voice channels from multiple sources. One person present in the service centre.
